This wine defined our identity since the first year of production. A Sangiovese which has found its ideal habitat at these altitudes expressing its most elegant characteristics: very elegant nose with red berries, medicinal herbs and small spices. On the palate we appreciate immediately the silky tannic structure; round and balanced with deep intensity and a long and persistent finish.

Arenario

A very territorial Cabernet: intense with great complexity on the nose; the richness of fruit is enhanced by hints of minerals and dark spices, closing on a note of rhubarb and thyme. The palate is immediately exciting, with a great tannic texture, deep finish.

Selvoso

Our blend with Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese: maremma at its best. Brilliant on the nose with a mix of floral, small berries and aromatic herbs, closing on a mineral note. Silky on the palate, rich and fresh with small red berries evolves into a vibrant finish.

Nebula Gialla

This Vermentino is an gentle punch in the face! Bright nose with Mediterranean and citrus notes. A good balance between structure and freshness it evolves on the palate with salty and mineral notes persisting through the long finish. 48 huours  on the skins then batonnage on fine lees for 6 months after fermentation.

Nebula Rosa

Elegant and fresh rosè of Sangiovese with hints of raspberry and redcurrant, gradually followed by medicinal herbs. Juicy and crispy on the palate with a fresh and lively finish. In contact with the skins for 5/6 hours then batonnage  on fine lees for 6 months after fermentation.
