In the vineyard
The small dimensions allow us to intervene promptly: a sustainable and quality managing of the vineyards
Given the great respect for our “terroir” we try to cultivate it by using the best cultural and environmental practices. The conditions for organic agricolture are ideal: exposition, biodiversity, wind and dry soil. We started the organic conversion in 2015: this means we do not use chemical products such as herbicides or pesticides on the vineyard.
The greater the biodiversity, the closer we get to the concept of groves where plants need neither fertilization nor treatment. Avoiding all sorts of chemical weed control allows us to maintain the microflora and microfauna in the vineyard, respecting a natural ecosystem in which the grapevines grow strong and healthy.
Protecting the landscape and biodiversity is an essential component of our practice.
